From Instagram, to radio talk shows and even documentaries, you can catch-up on some of our media activity below.

To kick-off Eating Disorder Awareness Week 2020, Nicole Kirkland appeared on the Anna & Ian Wake-Up call to talk about ARFID. To jump straight to the discussion, move the cursor to 1 hour and 46 minutes.

In this documentary, which was filmed in 2017, one of our trustees, Jill Hayman, 36, from Montrose Scotland, explains what life is like as an adult with ARFID. Jill has a list of approximately 18 food and drink items she can stomach – what she refers to as her ‘safe’ foods; these include fizzy and energy drinks, jelly sweets, crisps and chocolate, with bread making up the majority of her ‘meals’. Thank you to Jill and her partner as well as Barcroft TV for letting us share the film.
