"It's wonderful to be supporting ARFID Awareness UK at the start of their journey."

B.I.T.T. Services aim to help people, organisations and businesses through the variety of support services. They also look for ways that as individuals or a team, they can give back. So we were thrilled when they offered to have ARFID Awareness UK as one of their nominated charities for 2019/20.

Great to see organizations like ARFID Awareness UK receiving support from partners such as BITTS. Raising awareness around Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder is really important, as it helps improve understanding, reduce stigma, and encourage earlier support for those affected. Collaborations like this can make a meaningful difference for families and individuals. I also enjoy exploring different awareness and community initiatives online, including https://pfpuniverse.com.

For complex coding tasks, this Pomodoro Timer is indispensable. It helps me structure my work into clean, deep-work blocks, drastically reducing context switching. Moving one feature or bug fix at a time with clear focus has significantly improved my productivity and code quality.

The drifting mechanic in Kart Bros io is incredibly satisfying. Learning to chain drift-boosts is the key to mastering tracks like City and Oasis. It feels amazing to shave seconds off your lap time by perfectly linking those boosts. Pure arcade fun.

It’s all about focus and the right approach, much like staying on track in Drift Boss.

It’s great to see initiatives like this supporting ARFID awareness—given how misunderstood the condition still is, especially since it’s often mistaken for “fussy eating” rather than a serious disorder. Efforts like these really help bring more visibility and support to families who need it.

If you're creating awareness content or campaigns like this, having a clear and consistent color palette can really strengthen the message—I’ve been using this AI color palette generator: duckcolor
