The sun wasn't the only thing shining yesterday. ARFID Awareness UK fundraiser Lisa Green was up bright and early to run the Henley 10K while most of us were either still in bed or enjoying a hot cuppa. Not only did Lisa manage to achieve a personal best time, but she single handedly raised just over £315 for ARFID Awareness UK. As a new charity, we are
wholly reliant on fundraising activities like Lisa's to enable us to continue our work raising awareness. Our biggest thanks to Lisa and congratulations on a fantastic run!
